About Promise

I am a born native medicine man, a professional teacher, a physiotherapist with a wide knowledge on herbs for all kinds of treatment. I help people live healthy by teaching them how to use herbs to achieve better health and fitness.

About the lesson

My teaching method is lecture method but if my client is close we normally use demonstration method. This means it can be online using social media e.g Facebook, WhatsApp, Tellegram e.t.c or offline where we meet one on one for classes
