Everyone's approach to studying is different, my hope is to help my students identify what study techniques work best for them and how to best approach tough problems in science! After working in the field for 2 years, I can assure you that you will make mistakes (as I have many times), but from these mistakes comes exponential growth.

I believe that focusing on a student's thought process rather than content alone is key to achieving growth and understanding, especially in the sciences. One of the best ways that I have learned as a student has been through observing my peers' approaches to problem solving. Therefore, my tutoring philosophy is to help my students master their ideal approach to problem solving in their science courses.
