About Mark
I am an "old school" amateur boxer who competed in the early 70's. I learned under a professional boxer who emphasized techniques, strategies which are rarely taught today. I have worked with individuals from MMA and TKD wanting to learn boxing for their sport.

I base my teaching on learning the fundamentals, footwork, proper punching technique for all the punches. I teach defense through proper footwork, distance, blocking and slipping punches.
I am patient, and commutative with every student, answering any question they have.
