About Kaushalya
I’m Kaush, an Australian citizen with 15+ years of corporate experience across brand management, business leadership, account management, customer marketing, sales, and brand building at Unilever and EY, in both local and international markets. I have managed teams, led projects, and delivered measurable business results, giving me deep, practical insights that I bring into every lesson. Teaching is my passion, not just a job! With 8 years of experience educating domestic and international students, I deliver hands-on, real-world learning, using case studies and examples from my rich corporate career. I am competent in training across all AQF levels (Certificate I–IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, MBA). I hold a 1st Class MBA (Cardiff University, UK), a Double Major Degree in Marketing & Management (Edith Cowan University), and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116).
