Hi! Professional dancer, born and raised in Brazil, qualified teacher with deep anatomical knowledge. I always wanted to work with something that I could help people to be the best version of themselves and that’s why I became a personal trainer :) Throughout my career, I have the experience of teaching strength and endurance training, Cross Training, Pilates, and dance. I will be sharing with you everything that I learned and studied to be able to get what you need to elevate your health.
