About Lucas

Hi, I’m Lucas, a Brazilian soccer coach based in Chicago. I specialize in helping players improve their technique, ball control, and confidence using a Brazilian-style approach focused on creativity and fundamentals. I work with kids, teens, and players of all levels — from beginners to more advanced players. Each session is adapted to the player’s level and goals, with a focus on real improvement and game situations. I offer a trial session so we can see if it’s a good fit.

About the lesson

My sessions are structured but flexible, based on each player’s level and goals. We focus on:
• Ball control and first touch
• Passing and shooting technique
• 1v1 skills and confidence
• Game awareness and decision-making
• Building strong fundamentals
Sessions are active, fun, and designed to keep players engaged while improving their overall game. I use a Brazilian-style approach, emphasizing creativity, technique, and confidence with the ball. The goal is to help players improve consistently while building strong foundation and enjoying the game

Perfect! We had our first session yesterday and my son really enjoyed it! He was very excited and motivated after their session. Lucas was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was detailed with technique which is exactly what we’re looking for. I highly recommend!!

Great ball control and shots with the right foot, need to improve the actions with the left foot. He have a lot of potential, he’s really good for his age!

I really recommend him, he helped me a lot, he didn't teach me on this site, but I had face-to-face lessons, a friend recommended him to me and my wife and I started lessons with Lucas, I'm very grateful because he helped me a lot in my work and travelling!

This first lesson offered with Lucas will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details

Sessions are 1 hour and tailored to each player’s level and position. I offer a free first session to evaluate the player and understand their goals. Standard rate: $50 per session Packages available at a discounted rate for consistent training. Sessions are typically held at local parks or fields. I bring the necessary training equipment. For locations outside my main area, availability can be discussed depending on distance. Consistency is key. I recommend at least one session per week for best results.
