About Emilia
I am an ex-Brazilian volleyball player with a background in high-level training and experience with Brazil’s Junior National Team at the age of 14 and professional at 15 and 19. Volleyball has been a major part of my life, and I continue to stay connected with the sport through coaching and learning from experienced mentors. My goal is to share Brazilian volleyball techniques, help athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the game.

My coaching focuses on improving skills, technique, confidence, game understanding, and overall performance. I teach athletes of all levels with a passion for helping players grow and reach their full potential.
