I am dedicated and passionate about sharing the benefits of Yoga, bringing attention to movement and your breath to create spaces for deeper relaxation and enquiry. Often sharing simple subtle practices that are accessible to everyone and encouraging students to explore weaving aspects of Yoga of the mat and in their everyday lives for greater benefits.

Breanna is passionate about weaving all aspects of Yoga together, bringing attention to movement and breath to create classes which flow, uplift and create space for deeper relaxation. All lessons or classes are crafted specifically for you and can range from 60-90 minutes.
Breanna is a registered Yoga teacher (RYT-200) and degree qualified Nutritionist (BHsc). I completed my Yoga Teacher Training 200hr on the Mornington Peninsula. I have also completed training with Warriors at Ease and is a registered Level 1 Teacher and have completed a further additional 100 hour training in advanced/dynamic Pranayama breathwork. I enjoy teaching Slow Subtle Flow, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing techniques) to people diverse range of people and students across various communities.
