About María

Hi. I have just arrived in Barcelona after living 5 years with my Master, to whom I bow at his lotus feet, in Buddhist monasteries in a village in the Himalayas of India. I have received training and direct initiation from his Lineage and would love to share the meditation experience and the power of breath control with you.

About the lesson

The sessions are at least 45 minutes for beginners at intermediate level. We focus on different breathing exercises alternating inhalation, retention and exhalation times accompanied by visualizations that promote entering meditative states. As the student progresses, the times increase and the visualizations intensify everything in order to generate a state of well-being that harmonizes not only body, mind and emotions, but any relationship and activity that you have in your life.

Perfect! Amazing, wonderful, cannot recommend highly enough. More than just the meditation, which is an absolute trip, Maria's empathy was genuinely unbelievable. After one class I feel lucky to have her as a teacher. I was blue but it was a reminder there are beautiful souls in the world and an optimism that I can get that back if I learn to breathe through my nose and stuff. It is super funky, try it :)

Perfect! Súper bien, con María desde el inicio te sientes en un espacio perfecto para trabajar y se nota que domina muchísimo tanto la teoría como la práctica. Estoy deseando trabajar más y contar con su ayuda profesional para conseguir sentirme mejor gracias a la respiración y la meditación.
