About Ari
I am an experienced and certified Breathwork instructor and Sound healer. I have been facilitating Breathwork & Sound Journeys for the past 2 years, in private 1:1 settings, group sessions, retreats and ceremonial contexts, online as well as offline. My goal is to always hold a safe space for you to release what needs to be released, unblock what wants to be unblocked and learn how to regulate your nervous system so that you can live your best life and be in charge of how you feel, day to day, instead of being controlled by your thoughts and feelings.

During my sessions I will provide you with numerous tools to learn how to regulate your nervous system using ancient Yogic techniques of pranayama and more modern styles of Breathwork. I am both a certified Yoga and Breathwork instructor, trained in India, where I spent 3 years acquiring my skill set and expertise. I am also a trained musician and sound healer, so music and sound is naturally a part of everything that I teach. Everything is vibration! My sessions are for everybody- whether you are a beginner or an experienced breather. I tailor each session depending on my client's needs, whether that's to learn how to use the breath to relax, increase energy, enhance mood, improve sleeping patterns or simply to re-connect deeper to your body, intuition and true Self.
