Graduating from McGill with a French degree shaped my perspective on language acquisition. Learning a second language involves more struggle than most people admit. I have spent 6 years teaching French and ESL across Canada to build systems for this bilingual journey.
My method focuses on practical mastery rather than abstract theory. I emphasize verb conjugation and precise writing skills. Pronunciation work targets liaison and nasal sounds specifically. Conversational fluency remains the goal for every student I support.
These 9 years of teaching shaped my view on pedagogy. The process is a long road.
