About Leroy
As a British Champion competitive swimmer with 725+ World Aquatics points and a fully qualified NPLQ Lifeguard, I live and breathe the sport of swimming. Training and competing at the elite international level has taught me that true speed is not about pulling harder. Instead, it is about mastering the water. I bring a fresh, science-backed approach to coaching by utilising advanced aquatic biomechanics and fluid dynamics to analyse the perfect stroke. I provide clear, simple adjustments that anyone can master. My passion is empowering swimmers of all backgrounds to overcome plateaus, build total confidence, and experience the feeling of moving through the water with effortless power.

I offer elite remote swim coaching tailored to your exact needs. My teaching methodology relies on fluid dynamics and advanced video stroke analysis; you simply send a video of your swimming, and I watch it in slow motion, draw directly on the screen to pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and send you a detailed video reply. Each 45 to 60-minute session provides a deep-dive review. These premium lessons are designed for all ages and skill levels, welcoming everyone from adult beginners building basic water confidence to competitive youth swimmers (with parental supervision) and elite triathletes striving to smash their personal bests.
