About Charles

I give trainings in company or formation institutions for more than 10 years, in particular course like classes of 25 people. In general, I intervene for specific training (home automation, programming languages, office, system, databases ... from beginner to advanced level) for training from a few weeks to several months, but it has also happened to me to train for office-technical-system, annually, for job seekers, in schools.

About the lesson

Computer system engineer training, I went from researcher to project manager (30 years of career), and development to training to feel the difficulty of people to receive and use this technology. Aware that self-confidence is the engine of motivation, even before knowledge (they are cumulative), I build courses based on the background and the environment, the context of the student. A theory that is too far from life is often time wasted, and I rely on a dynamic perception of students, so I adapt my course. He will not be the same twice in a row. Finally, as play and humor are also mothers of learning, I favor practice and examples.
