About Zara

I am a fun, patient and kind tutor who will inspire my students and want to help them succeed. I have had my own struggles with academics in the past and so I understand the frustration that can come with not understanding content in lessons. I have worked with many young people and have a good knowledge of the subjects which I am passionate about. I didn't get all A*s at GCSE and certainly have had my struggles, but I think that's what makes me a personable tutor. I'm not perfect, and I would never expect anyone else to be. I always give my best to my roles, and as a student that's all I would ask of you.

About the lesson

I prefer to keep lessons short and sweet at about an hour in length. I really like to be interactive with students and encourage them to share their thoughts and questions with me. I have worked with children from the age of 8 and up helping with reading, cooking class, history club and a prestigious science programme called 1000 girls with the New York Academy of Sciences. I teach up to GCSE level as I am most comfortable with this content.
