About Silma

As a dedicated and experienced tutor with a BSc in Management and IT and a high GPA, I bring both strong academic expertise and practical knowledge to my teaching. My goal is to create a learning environment where every student feels supported, motivated, and capable of achieving their best. I combine subject competence with clear communication and a patient, student-focused approach, ensuring that each lesson is informative, engaging, and confidence-building. A Typical Lesson Plan

A structured 45–60 minute class usually follows this flow:

Warm-Up (3–5 minutes)
Quick recap of the previous lesson or a simple question to activate prior knowledge.

Introduction to Today’s Topic (5 minutes)
Brief explanation of what we’ll cover and why it is important.

Concept Explanation (15–20 minutes)
Clear teaching with examples, visuals, and step-by-step breakdowns.

Guided Practice (10–15 minutes)
We solve questions together so students learn how to apply the concept.

Independent Practice (5–10 minutes)
Students try a few questions on their own, with my support when needed.

Recap & Feedback (5 minutes)
