About Thembela
Basically I am a flower that grew in the shade. I am not where I wanna be in life but considering everything that happened in the past, I am greatful of my myself. My love for teaching comes from the fact that I never had my ideal teacher. I wish I had a teacher who wanted to bring out the best in me, a teacher that was going to push me to live up to my potential.
Now I am qualified teacher and to all my students, the teacher I never had is exactly the kind of teacher I am.

I spend time during the begining of my lessons trying to understand my student. This is because I need to know how they learn best. Once I am done with that part I can start employing methods to use. My methods for teaching constantly undergo modification due to the fact that the more time I spend on a student the better understanding I get.
