About Sinead
Meditation has been an integral part of my life for 30 years. You could say it's my ikigai.
I first learned meditation in traditional environments, living for over twelve years as a Buddhist nun in Himalayan regions during which time I had the opportunity to complete numerous extended solitary meditation retreats.
I have also worked for many years in high-stress environments such as top-tier international law firms, so I understand the challenges faced by successful professionals.
I'm currently studying the use of mindfulness in burnout prevention at the University of Toulouse in France.

The aim is for you to develop your own sustainable practice.
