About Kinga Timea

I've been teaching adults part-time for over 5 years – IT processes, software, Microsoft packages, and more recently, AI tools and databases. I have HR and training certificates, but honestly, what I'm better at is figuring out what's actually stopping someone from using a programme or system properly, and then fixing that.
I've been teaching since I was 15 (kids, teenagers, adults), and I still enjoy showing people shortcuts and tricks they didn't know existed. Everyone walks away with at least one "wait, I can do that?" moment.
Fair warning: I don't do traditional classroom setups. If that's what you're looking for, you're better off with a formal training provider. What I do is tailored, one-on-one or small group sessions where we work through your actual tasks – the spreadsheet you need to fix, the database you're trying to make sense of, the AI tool you want to use but don't know where to start.
I am not offering a full-blown training package, instead a practical help for people who need a bit of extra insight to get unstuck and move forward confidently.

About the lesson

I help people who need practical solutions with:
Basic IT Skills – navigating your computer confidently, file management, troubleshooting common issues, understanding how programmes actually work together
Microsoft Office – Excel (formulae, pivot tables, data cleanup), Word (formatting, templates, mail merge), and getting these tools to do what you actually need
Data Management & Analysis – organising messy data, building simple databases, spotting patterns, creating reports that make sense
AI Tools – understanding what AI can (and can't) do, using them effectively, integrating AI into your workflow without the hype
Process Design – mapping out workflows, identifying bottlenecks, creating systems that actually save you time
How it works: We start with what you're struggling with right now – the task that's frustrating you or taking too long. Then we work through it together, and I show you how to handle similar situations on your own going forward. No theoretical lectures, just hands-on problem-solving.
Lessons are flexible – one-off sessions to fix a specific issue, or ongoing support as you build skills over time.

Kindly note that lessons consist of 50 minutes, if you think you would require more than that, please book more session and let me know so that we can check what would be the best option.

Travel beyond 45 minutes will incur an additional £15 charge.

Online sessions do not incur travel charges.

The session time shall begin counting from the agreed-upon start time, regardless of the student's arrival time or readiness. Any delay in the learner’s arrival or availability, for any reason, shall not entitle the learner to an extension of the scheduled session duration. There is no obligation to make up for lost time due to such delays.

Should the student wish to receive the full duration of the session despite a late start, and this results in the session extending beyond the original scheduled end time, the additional time shall be treated as a separate session and billed accordingly. The student agrees to pay all such additional charges prior to the conclusion of the extended service. The additional charge is half-session if the delay is up to fifteen (15) minutes, or one full session if the delay exceeds fifteen (15) minutes.

In the event that I am late to begin a scheduled session, the student shall have the option to receive a complimentary half-session if the delay is up to fifteen (15) minutes on top of the initially booked session, or one full complimentary session if the delay exceeds fifteen (15) minutes. The complimentary session shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time or right after the currently booked session.

Any requests for any such extensions will be subject to discretion and availability.

Free session consists of a one off 30 minutes time frame, after which the standard hourly rate applies.

Booked sessions can't be cancelled and are not refundable. They can be rescheduled on a discretionary basis and need to be used within a 7 calendar day period after the initial booking time.
