About Jonas

I am a mathematics student in 2016. I graduated as a building designer in December 2021. with a batchelor in communication and productivity.
Besides, I've been playing elite level football my whole life. and trained natural bodybuilding for 5 years now, I have extensive experience in muscle building and the mental and technical aspects of the football game

About the lesson

My teaching methods are divided into 3 categories.
Category 1 is to teach you the skills, forgive you the necessary knowledge. Either through practical and or medical methods.

Category 2: Once you have learned the necessary knowledge, we will sit down together and review cases. I tell you how and when to use the necessary knowledge.

Category 3: Consists of you being able to analyze for yourself which methods and what necessary knowledge you need to have to solve the forgiving case.

A good Quote is "knowing what you do not know is better than not knowing what you do not know"
