About Lynda

With 14 years experience of teaching and researching in higher education I have been passionate about my students' development. But besides instruction, the softer elements of working with students are also key to how I practice, including helping students to develop self-belief and confidence in their abilities.

About the lesson

I'm an experienced teacher and qualitative researcher, who has supervised academic work to PhD level, published academic papers and peer reviewed the work of other academics. I work with students who need to submit a dissertation.

My subject specialisms are:
Business management subjects (management, accounting etc)
Qualitative research methods
Counselling and Psychotherapy (I hold a PG Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy)

My approach is focused on supporting you and growing your skills. While you work independently on your dissertation, I can aid your development by providing ongoing feedback and support that heIps you to achieve the highest standards set by your institution. In adapting my style to meet your needs, I provide a personalised approach to your learning.

A typical session would last for 1 hour and include a combination of tailored support and ongoing feedback on your work.

As a business/accounting graduate with a PhD and 14 years experience of academic supervision, writing and publishing at a top university, I can help you with your dissertation.
