About Disha

I am a Business Analyst at ICICI Bank, working on enterprise-scale analytics initiatives focused on transaction reliability, operational performance, and data-driven decision support. My day-to-day work involves designing Power BI dashboards, performing SQL-driven analysis, and translating complex, high-volume data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

Currently, I work extensively on transaction reliability and root cause analysis projects, where I analyze transaction volumes, success and failure patterns, SLA/TAT compliance, aging trends, and exception behavior across financial workflows. These insights are used directly by business and operations teams to improve system reliability, reduce backlog, and strengthen performance governance.

I bring strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL (CTEs, joins, window functions), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Advanced Excel, along with a solid understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks used in large organizations. My experience spans data cleaning, ETL concepts, dashboard automation, and audit-ready reporting.

Alongside my corporate role, I work as a global analytics mentor and consultant, having guided 35+ professionals across 10+ countries in building job-ready analytics skills and real-world project portfolios. Many of my learners have successfully transitioned into analytics roles or significantly improved their interview performance.
