About Udara

Kia Ora! You can be confident that I will bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience to every lesson. With a strong background in Business and Human Resource Management—including 4 years of academic training and professional roles in HR and administration—I understand both the theory and the practical side of the subject. I take professionalism seriously: I prepare thoroughly for each session, communicate clearly, and always respect your time. Students can expect lessons that are well-structured, supportive, and tailored to their individual learning goals. Many learners find business subjects overwhelming, but my approach makes complex ideas simple, practical, and easy to apply. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping you succeed—whether your goal is passing an exam, improving assignments, or building confidence for your career. With me as your tutor, you can feel assured that you’re learning with someone who is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in your success.

About the lesson

My teaching style is student-focused and practical. I believe every learner has a different way of understanding, so I adjust my lessons based on your goals and level.

Teaching methodology

I use simple explanations, real-world business and HR examples, and case studies so that theory feels relevant and easy to apply.

I encourage discussions and questions during lessons, so students build confidence and critical thinking.

For assignments or essays, I guide you on structure, research, and clarity rather than just giving answers.

Lesson structure

A typical session is 1 hour, but can be adjusted depending on your needs.

Each lesson starts with a quick recap, then we move step by step through the topic with examples, and end with a short review so you’re confident before finishing.

My background
I hold 4 years of academic training in business and management and have professional HR and administration experience. This combination helps me explain both theory and practice in a way that makes sense.

Who my lessons are for

High school, diploma, and university students studying Business, HR, or Management.

Adult learners wanting to upskill or understand workplace concepts better.

My goal is not only to help you pass exams but to give you knowledge that you can use confidently in real life.
