About Silke
You run a business – yet there is an interpersonal problem that has been weighing on you for a long time.
An employee you keep having problems with.
A business partner you have been clashing with for years.
A family member involved in the business where the same tensions keep resurfacing.
A conflict you have tried to resolve repeatedly – but never truly resolved.
As a business and executive coach, I help entrepreneurs discover what is really behind these recurring problems.
This can be particularly complex in family-owned businesses, where long-standing relationships, loyal employees and responsibility for the business can make conflicts difficult to resolve.
My approach is personal 1:1 coaching and executive sparring rather than generic group training. We work on your specific situation and look at it from different perspectives.
Online via Zoom – in English, German, Dutch or Spanish.

You have a specific problem. We get to the root of it.
My 1:1 Deep Dive is for entrepreneurs who are stuck in a difficult leadership situation, an employee conflict or another recurring interpersonal problem.
We don't just look at what is happening. We look at why it keeps happening.
This can include:
- difficult employee conversations
- employee conflicts and conflict resolution
- leadership communication
- feedback and performance conversations
- difficult leadership situations
- conflicts with business partners or family members
- entrenched interpersonal situations
During the Deep Dive, we make visible what is really behind the situation, what has been holding you back from changing it, and where the real cause lies.
The goal is not to help you manage the same problem better. The goal is to resolve it at the root.
No standard solution. No group programme. No one-size-fits-all coaching.
Your situation. Your problem. A focused 1:1 look at what is really going on underneath.
