About Silke

You run a business with 10–50 employees – yet there is one interpersonal problem you simply cannot seem to resolve.

Perhaps you have already tried coaching, workshops or other approaches. They may have been useful and interesting. But your specific problem is still there.

That is exactly where I come in.

I’m Silke Streit, a business and executive coach. I work with entrepreneurs who don't need another set of generic tips. They want to understand what is really behind their specific problem – and finally resolve it.

This is not about finding someone to blame. We look at the whole dynamic – including your own role in it.

My approach is personal, direct and highly individual. We work on your actual situation, not on a generic coaching topic.

Online via Zoom – in English, German, Dutch or Spanish.

About the lesson

Some problems do not disappear just because you talk about them again. You have to understand why they keep happening in the first place.

That is what my 1:1 Deep Dive is designed for.

You bring a specific situation. Together, we look at it from different perspectives and make visible what may have been overlooked so far.

We go deeper step by step:

What is really going on here?
Why does this keep happening?
What has been stopping you from changing it?
And what needs to change so that the same problem does not come back a few weeks later?

We don't just look at the other person's behaviour. Your communication, reactions and role in the dynamic may also be part of the solution.

The goal is not to help you deal with the same problem better. The goal is to uncover the cause and resolve the problem at its root.

If you are dealing with one specific situation, a focused 1:1 session may already give you the clarity you need. If there is a deeper recurring pattern behind it, we can work on that in greater depth.

No group programme. No standard solution. No one-size-fits-all coaching.
