About Efemena
I am Efemena, fondly called EfeIconic, a sustainable development advocate, innovation mastermind, founder of ESGMC-a company offering innovative tutoring, and a mentor, with a business education background. After working in banking and starting my own ventures, I realised that children are often trained to meet objectives rather than envision long-term goals. What students truly need to find fulfilment is training in goal-setting. I teach to help learners set meaningful goals, develop vision, practical skills, and create lasting impact. Growing up, I saw talented young people with vision often set aside their dreams due to school pressures and fragmented knowledge. My lessons bridge these gaps, fostering creativity, confidence, entrepreneurial thinking, future-readiness, and adaptive learning. I guide students in STEAM, entrepreneurship, and innovation through hands-on projects, legacy-building activities, and real-world problem solving, preparing them for lifelong learning, personal growth, and success.

I am Efemena fondly called Efeiconic, a sustainable development advocate, innovation mastermind, a mentor, and business education graduate. I teach entrepreneurship, STEAM, maths, and English to youngsters and youths. My lessons focus on enabling students to build their own ventures, innovate, and develop skills that create lasting impact while coming out with excellent grades in school. I emphasise legacy building, practical problem-solving, lifelong learning, adaptive learning and real-world application. My Lessons typically last 40–60 minutes, tailored to each student’s level and goals. I have experience mentoring and teaching students across various subjects, guiding them to achieve academic success, personal growth, entrepreneurial skills, vision, and future-readiness. My Lessons are designed for learners aged 6–17 but can be adapted for 18+ Qualifications & Experience: I am a business education graduate with 10+ years of experience mentoring and teaching students across a range of subjects, including entrepreneurship, STEAM, maths, and English. I am a retired banker and have worked with international companies providing legacy-building training, I am founder of ESGMC- a company offering innovative tutoring I have a patented program "Special Shadow Global Companies", which I use to give young learners hands-on experience in legacy building. Through this program, I have successfully guided students in achieving academic excellence, personal growth, and vision development.
