My tracking method is entirely dependent on the individual - since of course it’s essential for them to be comfortable as it’s when you learn the most. An example of a teaching method would be giving several examples step by step and providing the student with a file (emailed) where they can access at any time after the session has ended. The file would have my step by step example on there as well as questions to attempt (with answers)
