About Kailee
I am a social services professional and business graduate with a deep commitment to community support and care management. Based in Colfax, California, I’m currently the owner and operator of Pathways for Progress LLC, where we focus on providing Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports to help people navigate the systems they need to thrive. My professional journey has been shaped by my work with organizations like Nurturing Care, Serene Health, the Placer Food Bank, and the CDSS—all of which have fueled my passion for advocacy and service.
When I’m not focused on my business, I’m usually leaning into my creative side or enjoying the outdoors. I have a long-standing love for creative writing and poetry, often exploring themes that lean into the thrillers or the darker, "Blue Hour" moments of life.
I’m also a big believer in getting outside and staying active. You can usually find me:
• On the Mountain: I’m an avid snowboarder (loyal to my Burtons) and love the clarity that comes with a solo ride.
• In the Garden: I enjoy experimenting with hydroponics and companion planting, growing everything from squash and cucumbers to spinach and broccoli.
• On the Green: Whether I'm playing or following the sport, golf is a huge part of my leisure time.

Perfect! Kailee, is such an angel . She is very determined and confident in her abilities, and she knows her stuff pretty much. I’m looking forward to working with her for the rest of the summer course. If I ever need help with any business stuff, she’s definitely the woman to have tutor you!
- Nicholas did a fantastic job breaking down complex organizational concepts during our session. He shows a really strong capability for strategic thinking, especially when analyzing internal versus external factors for his SWOT project.
