About Maria
I am a business graduate (class 2017). I'm a Texan girl who has always love math since very little. I have worked in retail and sales. With that said, I can say that, yes, we use math most of our lives and being able to understand is very important. I have worked with children before and taught in study groups while I was in University.

My teaching method is being able to solve the problem while explaining each step and making the group participate in either answering orally or solving the problem in the board. Doing the same problem with a different scenario to better explain to others and to make sure everyone understands how to solve it. We all learn in different ways and paces, is one of the things I input into teaching someone.
