About Anomitra
I prefer to teach middle to high school math, statistics, economics, and business courses. I also teach undergraduate economics and statistics. I am available to teach online and in person. My students become my friends, and I have been in touch with them long after they have graduated from their programs. We learn together, driven by curiosity and fun to understand cool things about this mysterious world. Presently, I teach business courses at a polytechnic college. I have a PhD in business administration from McMaster University, Canada, and a master's degree with specialization in finance from Cornell University, NY. I have taught courses in marketing research, business statistics, business strategy, and digital marketing at the college and university level. I have been a tutor for high school mathematics, statistics, business, and economics courses for many years. I have also tutored undergraduate economics and statistics.

Learning should be a fun exercise accompanied by a spirit of discovery. We learn best when we enjoy and when we are curious. My role as a tutor is to help ignite the spark of curiosity in students. The relationship between a tutor and a student is that of friendship, trust, and mutual respect. I try to build a relationship with my students so that they can ask me any questions. If a student has fallen behind in class, I help strengthen the concepts and build confidence. I bring empathy, trust, and experience to tutoring. I have tutored since my sophomore year in university. I tutor in mathematics, statistics, economics, and business for middle to high school students.
