I have been taking yoga classes with Vani for over 2 yrs and I have experienced a lot of improvement in my strength, mobility and overall health. I have also lost 5KGS weight in last few months by implementing new diet plan that she recommended. She Is a very good teacher and understands how to teach different age groups and different styles to suit the needs of her clients. I never practiced yoga before I met Vani and wasn’t sure if it was for me. But now I am a regular and love how I feel in my body.
