About Diane
After a baccalaureate ES option mathematics, I did a preparatory class for the competitive exams of the business schools in Paris. During these 3 years I was the tutor of several preparatory class students. I have now joined the KEDGE BS school in Talence.

I base my pedagogy on my own experience and I noticed that the students most often lacked confidence, organization and therefore autonomy. From these years of preparatory class I acquired a rigor, an autonomy and an organizational capacity of my work which allowed me to overcome the academic obstacles that I had in certain subjects. I do not only offer a "content" course but a real accompaniment of the student in his schooling by relying on me listening to his desires, his needs and his difficulties. My first objective is to establish a relationship of trust with the student so that he can freely tell me about his difficulties without fear of judgment. My second objective is to teach the student to gain self-confidence and to continue training to turn their weaknesses into strengths because convincing themselves that we are capable of it is already half the way. Finally my last objective is to instill in my students a sense of organization as well in the courses as in the learning methods and the planning of revisions because I consider that one cannot become autonomous without a defined framework and structure. I leave you with the quote that accompanied me throughout my preparatory class: "It is your attitude, much more than your aptitude, that determines your altitude."
