About Simon
I'm a business student at HEC Montréal, currently in my first year of the BAA program. I grew up and studied in France, where I completed my Baccalauréat, so I have a genuine, first-hand understanding of the French education system and its expectations.
I care deeply about seeing my students actually improve, not just get through their homework. I take the time to explain concepts clearly and adapt my approach to how each student learns best. I'm patient, organized, and reliable, and I always come prepared for each session.

I offer personalized tutoring for middle school students following the French education system. Having grown up and studied in France myself, I understand this curriculum from the inside, which helps me guide students through it effectively across all subjects.
My approach focuses on identifying each student's specific gaps and adapting my teaching style accordingly, rather than following a rigid, one-size-fits-all method. Sessions typically start with a quick review of recent coursework, followed by targeted exercises on areas where the student struggles most, and end with a summary of what was covered.
I've been tutoring since January 2026, working with two students who progressed from 6ème to 5ème, both showing a clear improvement in their overall grades. I'm currently a business student at HEC Montréal, and I'm available mornings, evenings, and weekends.
