About Vidit burman
If I talk about myself I also was in stress last year because I was 121 KGs and I was facing so many disappointments from myself.. people didn’t like me because of my shape then I decided to reduce my weight I did a lot of work on myself, now I am 78 KGs and I did a lot of meditation I trained myself, I faced so many issues and I learned from them ‘Meditation helped me a lot and you know what the best part was meditation, relaxing yoga because without healthy mental care you are not going to do a single thing.. I am not saying take classes from me, but just give yourself a chance you will feel the joy that kind of happiness which you want in your life.
