About Reed
I'm Reed Laker. I'm currently a college student at BYU studying Mechanical Engineering and Economics, and I maintain a 4.0 GPA.
I've been tutoring since I was in high school, and I love to help students in their journeys toward college, better grades, musicianship, or whatever else you may be looking for!

As a current college student, it wasn't too long ago that I went through the same things as current high school students. I remember how I studied to get a 35 or higher on each ACT section and what it took to score over 1500 on the SAT. I remember the AP tests and haven't forgotten how to maximize your time and grade when working in different subjects with different teachers.
I teach directly to and for the student. I build lesson plans around the student and his or her needs. I also am someone who strives to be open and flexible throughout the week, so that if someone needs a quick answer, I'm just a text away.
I also spent two years teaching all types of people in Mexico, where I became fluent in Spanish. Whether you need help on your Spanish homework or would like to be able to converse about how to best help your student, I'm here.
