About Elise
I am a well-rounded musician, who has taught piano for 4 years. I absolutely love teaching and inspiring students to develop this skill that will bring them joy. I have taken lessons for 12 years and am a participant and graduate of the Arizona Study Program (a theory and performance annual competition). I am currently a student at BYU studying HR Management while working on my Music Minor.

I work with beginner to intermediate students, typically ages 6–12, focusing on a well-rounded lesson structure that includes music theory, technical skills, and fun, engaging songs. Each lesson is designed to build both confidence and musical understanding.
My teaching method blends rote learning, rhythm practice, and step-by-step breakdowns to help students grasp new concepts and see progress quickly. I’m flexible in my approach and tailor each lesson to the student’s age, goals, and learning style—whether they’re just starting out or building on existing skills.
What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students of all backgrounds, keep lessons engaging, and create a personalized path for each learner.
