I had the opportunity to have Don as my tutor for cal 1. I struggled in this class, and the professor went too fast for me. When I contracted Don, he was friendly and patient; he even gave me extra practice problems to ensure I understood the material. I did very well in the class thanks to Don's helping me.

Don, has been a friend of mine for at least 25 years. He also worked for me back in 1990, tutoring unemployed and GED clients, He did an excellent job. Went overboard on trying to help these individuals. He showed the clients that he really care about their future and did an excellent job of motivation them to succeed.

Don is a brilliant mathematician and has helped me succeed in several math classes from high school math through the graduate school level.

When I was working on my doctorate, statistics were my most difficult component. I had not taken math since I was 15 years old and definitely needed some refreshing. Mr. Konwinski was completely knowledgeable. His tutoring style was to lead me to think through the problem with think being the operative word. I wanted him to go the easy route, to be honest, but when I defended my dissertation, I was able to field questions related to my statistics, thanks to his tutoring.
