About Sahil

I am Sahil Rajput from India. I'm doing Calisthenics and Street lifting since 2018 (properly) and roughly since 2015. I am a state champion and gold medalist in armwrestling also. My Street Lifting personal records are as follows- (BW= Bodyweight) -> Pullup - 55kg (+BW) -> Muscleup - 20kg (+BW) -> Pushup - 70kg (+BW) -> Dip - 75kg (+BW) I'm also a sprinter (100 and 200m) and high jumper. I have a vast and diverse knowledge about bodyweight workout and gym workout too. I'm also a medical student so I also know very well about the body's anatomy and physiology. I hope I can fulfill your fitness goals. So just let me give a chance.

I'll personally teach you to get control of your whole body through Calisthenics with increased mobility and flexibility. From very beginner like pushups, pull ups, dips, muscle ups, etc. to pro advance level skills like Front Lever, Back lever, Hefesto, Handstand, Freestyle Pushups, Planche, etc. No major equipment or gym will be required. It will be done only through your bodyweight. I generally divide the body in 3 major sections i.e. Upper body, Core and Lower body so that your whole body can be trained effectively throughout a week. I also add resistance training in the workout and train plyometrics as well as isometrics for performance boost. I also give armwrestling training with top notch exercises and techniques work like top roll, hook, press etc. to enhance your progress in AW. I will also provide you the customized diet plan according to your need i.e. weight loss or weight gain. It keeps you fit and healthy and also boosts your confidence in your day-to-day life. Already teaching clients from California, New York, Riyadh, New Jersey, Canada, Dubai and India. So folks keep learning and keep achieving!

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    My subject is Calisthenics and bodyweight strength training. I specialize in helping people build strength, mobility, and body control using movements like pull-ups, push-ups, dips, handstands, and other bodyweight exercises.

    My interest in calisthenics started about five years ago when I realized that true strength is not just about lifting weights but about mastering control over your own body. The simplicity and effectiveness of bodyweight training fascinated me, and I began studying and practicing it consistently.

    Over the years I have trained myself and coached many students, both online and in person. I enjoy helping people progress from basic movements to more advanced skills in a safe and structured way.
  • Who or what is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My biggest motivation is seeing the transformation in my students. Many people start with very little strength or confidence, but through consistent training they gradually achieve things they once thought were impossible, like their first pull-up or handstand.

    Watching that progress and confidence develop is extremely rewarding. Teaching allows me to share the benefits of calisthenics and help people become stronger, healthier, and more disciplined.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work promotes a healthier lifestyle and encourages people to build long-term fitness habits. In today's sedentary lifestyle many people struggle with poor posture, low strength, and lack of physical activity.

    Calisthenics training helps improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall health. It also builds discipline and mental resilience. By guiding people in the right way, I help them develop sustainable fitness habits that benefit them for life.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    Many athletes in the global calisthenics community have inspired me. People like Frank Medrano and Chris Heria helped popularize bodyweight training and showed how powerful disciplined training can be.

    What I admire about them is their dedication to mastering their bodies and sharing knowledge with others. They demonstrated that with patience, consistency, and proper technique, anyone can develop impressive strength and control.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of teaching, I spend a lot of time improving my own calisthenics skills and studying strength training and human movement. I believe a good coach should always continue learning and improving.

    I also enjoy riding motorcycles, exploring new training methods, and maintaining a disciplined lifestyle which helps me stay focused both mentally and physically.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One memorable moment in my coaching journey was when a student who had never exercised before started training with me. In the beginning even basic exercises were difficult for him.

    Through consistent practice and gradual progressions he improved week by week. After a few months he achieved his first strict pull-up, something he once believed was impossible.

    Seeing that moment of achievement and confidence reminded me why I enjoy teaching. Small milestones can completely change a person's mindset and show them what they are capable of.
