About Wilf
I am an Oxford graduate in Classics but did maths to A-Level equivalent in IB and achieved 100% at GCSE. That said, I promise I am fun! I aim for my lessons to be stimulating, relaxed and enjoyable, and I strongly believe that's the best way to achieve results and a rapport that leads to real improvement.

I am an experienced tutor with multiple different students over four years, so I am confident about building a rapport with any student. I aim for lessons to be rigorous without being exhausting, and focusing on basic building blocks to build up a general confidence with maths. I think it's important to revisit these often and build up to a really proficient level, which has had really successful results in the past. I grew up with my mother as a learning enrichment teacher and two sisters that struggled with learning disabilities, so I hope I really understand the difficulties that poses and can tailor a lesson plan to suit them.
