• 1) Do you speak this language fluently because of your origins or because a teacher inspired you to learn?

  I speak English fluently as a result of structured education and extensive professional use. I hold Cambridge CELTA and Delta qualifications, as well as the International House “How to Teach IELTS” certificate. I have been teaching English for around 25 years, with the last 15 years focused specifically on IELTS. My fluency comes from continuous academic training and real-world teaching experience rather than background exposure.

  One strong example is George Orwell. His writing reflects clarity, precision, and critical thinking—qualities that are essential not only in English communication but also in high-level IELTS writing. His work shows how language can be used effectively to express complex ideas in a direct and controlled way.

  I particularly value the emphasis on clarity and directness in English. Expressions like “get to the point” reflect a communication style that prioritizes efficiency and structure, which aligns perfectly with the requirements of the IELTS exam, especially in writing and speaking.

  The main difficulty is not grammar or vocabulary, but lack of structure and feedback. Many learners study passively without understanding exam requirements. What truly accelerates progress is targeted practice, clear strategies, and detailed correction—especially for IELTS writing and speaking.

  Early in my teaching career, I realized that students who focused only on “learning English” progressed slowly, while those trained with clear exam strategies improved rapidly. This shifted my entire approach: instead of general teaching, I now focus on precision training tailored to IELTS criteria.
