About Haroon
I’m a Mathematics undergraduate at the University of Cambridge, with a passion for Group Theory. Before coming to Cambridge, I completed my A-Levels at KCLMS - a highly competitive, collaborative environment - where I regularly led study groups and helped my classmates master challenging concepts. My peers often commended my ability to break down abstract ideas into intuitive, step-by-step explanations, and encouraged me to try tutoring. I’m excited to bring that same clarity and enthusiasm to one-to-one sessions helping students build both confidence and deeper understanding in mathematics.

1. Pre-lesson test to assess the knowledge level of the student and identify any gaps in the topic. 2. Based on the aforementioned test, a personalised lesson plan will be made to fill in any knowledge gaps with lots of worked examples and exercises with detailed solutions for students to do in their own time later. 3. Extension tasks including past MAT and STEP questions (with worked solutions) if desired by the student. 4. Summary of the key points covered will be sent so that the topic can be refreshed easily in future revision.
