About Zaki
I have always loved teaching things I'm passionate about. I'm so excited to help develop key problem solving skills and understanding in maths, chemistry and physics, that I hope will not only help improve grades, but also spark the same scientific and mathematical curiosity that buoyed my enthusiasm for these subjects and drove me to want to further my studies at University.
As someone who has always had a wide range of interests, both academic and otherwise, I understand the importance of being able to communicate mathematical and scientific concepts in an intuitive and, where needed, less technical way.
I received 4A* at A-level in maths, further maths, physics and chemistry.
I was offered a place at Cambridge to study both Natural Sciences and Mathematics. I have just finished my 1st year studying maths at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.

Lessons will include a combination of discussion of concepts and active learning in the form of not only simply working through past paper questions, but also probing more significant problems that test a deeper understanding.
I am not afraid of venturing into more advanced concepts that I believe will contribute to a better understanding!
My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A-level students, including those who want to apply to Oxbridge, and hence require specific preparation for relevant entrance tests.
