About Oscar
I am a medical student at Cambridge with over 3 years experience of teaching GCSEs and A Levels to individual students and small groups. I have taught students across all ability ranges: from passing GCSE maths to helping my students hit As and A*s in A Levels. I achieved A*A*A*A* Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and English Literature. I also received 4 medical school offers so I can help you with medical school applications (UCAT, BMAT, interviews).

I tutor subjects up to A Level standard and I base my teaching around not only knowing content, but understanding it. I believe being able to explain concepts is crucial to being able to recall and apply concepts in exams successfully. I start every concept at the very basic level, focusing on knowledge and recall before moving to applications that require deeper understanding.
