About Shania
I am a recent A-Level graduate, predicted A*s in four subjects - Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics, and hold an offer to study Engineering at the University of Cambridge. At GCSE, I achieved all 9s in ten subjects.
With tutoring, aim is to help other students achieve their goals to excel in their exams.

At the start of a lesson, I will spend a few minutes reviewing previous work and answering questions the student may have from school or homework. This will help to clarify any doubts before starting a new topic.
The session proceeds with explaining a topic and key concepts using examples, and solving some questions together. The aim is to build confidence and encourage the student to approach questions independently, offering guidance when needed.
In competitive exams, technique is key, so I will also help students in avoiding common mistakes and how to tackle unfamiliar questions.
At the end of a lesson, there will be a small summary of what has been covered and homework will be set for the next class.
