About Joshua

We both have been studying at Cambridge University for the last four years which has given us experience in the style and demand of high-level universities. We have valuable experience of the supervision system which is implemented at Oxbridge and creates an environment for students to show their passion and interest when faced with challenging problems.

Having been through the process ourselves, we implement the style of Oxbridge interviews in our practice sessions so students won't be suprised when they do their interview. We offer high achieving students extra problems that push themselves during the interviews. The reason for this is that if students can solve problems of a more difficult standard then they expect to face, it makes them feel more comfortable for their real interview.

About the lesson

We want to provide our students with the extra help they need to have a good education, because supporting students means investing in the future generation. Secondly, and very importantly, we want to inspire others. We try to show our students just how captivating and interesting mathematics and economics can be. It is very rare that a student with little or no interest will succeed at a high level; motivating students and showing them a world of interesting problems to be explored is the most important part of our work.

A practice interview costs £50 for an hour long session. We do not aim to provide students the cheapest rate, but rather to prepare carefully for each of our students and provide them the best quality feedback they can receive. We only take on a small selection of students.
