About Katya

As a classically trained actor and an active researcher of human condition with over 15 years of experience in education there is nothing more inspiring and rewarding for me as to witness other human being blossom.
When they are getting out of their shell, confront their fears and embrace who they are.
There is a beauty in it, because everyone is unique.
I am a firm believer that in the age of AI, authenticity and humanity as well as ability to connect and see people will have high value.

I am here to help you to embrace yourself, to boost your emotional intelligence and present yourself authentically on camera.

I have done plenty of self tapes and intro videos as an actor, and willing to share my expertise to help you ace yours. Weather its for a job interview or your blog.

About the lesson

Whether you want it or not but the world of hiring is shifting to video. Nowadays it's not only actors and models submitting their Videos to be considered for the part. It's "send us a short video about yourself along with your resume and cover letter" for the managing position in big hotel chain. Soon enough application to the prestige colleges will also include personal question video part.

Now how uncomfortable this might sound to an introvert who is terrified of camera. Or self concious of how they look. And what the hell do I say to showcase myself in one minute? What exactly do they want to see? Me talking about my hobbies?

The answer is : they do want to see the real you. Authentic and human, beyond the words on your resume. They want to feel your vibe. And very often this will be a defining factor, because humans do make their decisions with their emotions.

Now everyone is unique and it's not like you can not learn to showcase yourself on camera authentically. Yes, even if you are terrified of it. I am helping you to tap into your unique self, relax your body and get rid of the unnecessary tension, get in touch with your voice and manage your breath so you actually breathe and not out of breath while you speak.
