About Tony

I am prompt, patient and can improvise new methods to facilitate the learning process for swimmers of all levels. Whatever your goal may be, to increase speed, efficiency, or to build up endurance for a race or competition, or just to refine the basics, I can work with you to find an approach that advances you to your goals.

About the lesson

I have developed and improved stroke techniques over the years of swimming during college and post- college. I have also enrolled in a lifeguarding course to strengthen my water safety skills and notice when there are swimmers in distress. I can customize the training according to your preference and needs.
