About Elisya
My name is elisya, just call me el. Im 19 years old, currently studying in Computer Science course but actively become athlete. I've been actively involve in sports since im 8 years old till now as a long distance athlete. I have experience going on so many sports event and experienced training with SEA Games gold medalist coach as well as other certified coaches.
Beginner and middle schooler are welcome to make me as your personal coach whether in group or one on one

-teaching fitness incl. strength, endurance, speed and HIIT session
-will make a schedule for your training
-strictly for middle schooler (6-12 years old) and beginner (13-18yrs)
-min 1 hour training, max 1hr 30min
