About MARSHA
My name is Marsha Farnsworth. I have 7 years experience playing clarinet and 5 years experience playing bassoon. I have helped some people when they wanted to learn clarinet in middle school and high school. I have not tutored before, but I do have experience with teaching in classrooms. No private information will be shared outside of the sessions. I may use the tutoring experience on my resume, but it will not have any personal details.

I will help you learn clarinet and bassoon based on how you learn best. I can teach beginner bassoon and up to intermediate clarinet. I will use the books you have to teach you as well as free resources that you can access outside of lesson time such as fingering charts. I will start where you are at and continue from there. If there is a music piece you need to learn, I can help you learn it. My lessons would be better suited for those in 5th-12th grade. If you rely on visuals, I do not own a bassoon, but I do own a clarinet. My lesson plans will vary depending on the current level the student is at. I believe what sets me apart as a tutor is that I am currently in school to become a teacher so I have some resources under my belt on how to teach.
