About Abi

I was tutored when I was in high school, and it was that individual who helped me find my confidence and encouraged me to pursue further studies in English. I want to be able to do that for other people. I have always been commended for my skills in creative writing, and my eye for spelling and grammar. Sessions won't be overly formal, as I like to create an environment in which we can both relax whilst being productive and create an eagerness for learning.

About the lesson

I am inclined to teach via visual learning, but I am a flexible learner myself so happy to adapt to the student's preferred method of learning as well as encouraging them to try something new. Most lessons are an hour, but can do a longer introductory session and at exam times if needed. I have previously tutored in all levels of English, most notably bringing a predicted D to an A in under 6 months.
