About David
Singing well is often about doing less rather than trying to force more sound. My 13 years of performance work taught me that simple mechanics usually beat complicated effort. I hold a BFA Music Industry degree from Belmont University.
This credential supports the technical work I do with 86 students. I work primarily with teens, kids, and performance-focused students who want results.
Returning learners appreciate the direct feedback I provide. My history in the industry keeps my expectations grounded in reality. I will keep our sessions supportive and focused on your unique goals.

Maybe we should start by seeing exactly where your range sits today. Every new student receives a diagnostic vocal assessment to identify their natural starting point.
This ensures we do not waste time on exercises that do not help. I emphasize vocal health and care alongside diction and articulation during our time together.
Breathing control remains the backbone of every good performance. We integrate sight singing and vibrato control to build your total confidence. My 13 years of gigging influence how I teach these technical skills to performance-focused students.
